A note from the founder

Some problems don’t need more follow-ups. They need the right questions.

My own experiences taught me how complex it can be to navigate systems when something important is stuck. My professional journey of over 15 years in mutual fund and registrar and transfer agency operations taught me to look beyond the paperwork—to understand processes, identify bottlenecks, ask the right questions and recognise when an approach needs to change.

Over time, I began to see that these challenges were not isolated incidents. Individuals and families can find themselves navigating unfamiliar procedures, fragmented information, repeated follow-ups and uncertainty about what to do next. Whether the matter concerns investments, asset transmission, provident funds, unclaimed assets or an administrative grievance, knowing the process is only one part of the answer. Knowing how to navigate it matters just as much.

That is the thinking behind Saarthi Resolve. I want to bring together process knowledge, structured documentation, thoughtful communication and persistent follow-through to help people understand their options and take more informed next steps.

My approach is grounded in three principles: clarity before commitment, persistence with purpose, and honest expectations. Not every matter has a straightforward answer, and no outcome can be guaranteed. But every matter deserves to be understood carefully, approached methodically and handled with integrity.

Because persistence is not simply about refusing to give up. It is about knowing when to ask, when to probe, when to escalate and when to rethink the approach. The objective is not just to keep following up. It is to move things forward.

With purpose,
